We're delighted to announce that according to the 2022 Journal Citation Reports (Clarivate Analytics, 2023), PRX Quantum received a 9.7 Journal Impact Factor. PRX Quantum's second-ever Impact Factor ranks it as the top primary research journal in Quantum Science & Technology and the second highest impact fully open access journal in the Physics, Multidisciplinary category, behind only Physical Review X. PRX Quantum's Impact Factor also ranks #20 of 159 journals in the Physics, Applied category. PRX Quantum placed in the top 5 of journals in the Quantum Science & Technology by Eigenfactor score as well.
An Impact Factor captures only a part of what makes a great journal, and our editorial team remains focused on providing an excellent peer-review experience for our authors and referees.
